Hey guys hope everyone has a nice bank holiday weekend,lifes getting easier nw im stopping binging well tryin anyway. this book really helped me also the first part is hard to read but the selfhelp programe at the back is very helpful.overcoming binge eating Dr Christopher G fairburn.i ordered it from a book shop.
