Emma now trains other Therapists to become Licensed Eating Freely Practitioners, and there is now a Directory of Practitioners available to work with in person or online in Ireland, the UK and the USA.

The Eating Freely 1-1 Program includes:
An initial online or telephone consultation with a qualified Health Professional, specifically trained and with experience in all aspects of eating distress;
12 sessions over 18-20 weeks with your Eating Freely Practitioner;
Additional support between sessions through your Online Program; AND
Optional 24/7 support if you choose to participate in our clinical validation research. Trinity College Dublin have developed a superb App which allows you to track your food, moods, daily stressors etc and track your progress as you work through our program. All Eating Freely Program participants can choose to participate and have access to this helpful app.
You'll work with your Eating Freely Practitioner to develop:
a) practical tools and strategies to help manage your unhelpful behaviours better;
b) explore your current ways of coping and develop healthier solutions to dealing with stress and difficult emotions; and
c) do practical work on how you communicate, manage boundaries and deal with conflict.
You will build up a comprehensive toolkit of resources and strategies during this time that you will have forever.
You will also get great guidance on how to rehabilitate your gut, metabolism and hormone levels - when your body and gut work better, EVERYTHING works better! Years of dysfunctional eating has compromised your gut which impacts your hormones, your mood and your health. So Nutritional Rehabilitation is essential to lift the 'brain fog', improve your sleep, improve your mood, reduce your anxiety and get your Mojo back.
All of our Eating Freely Practitioners are fully qualified as either Psychotherapists, Nutritional Therapists or Health & Nutrition Coaches, and all have successfully completed our CPD approved specialist training in Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder.
