Testimonial:
I would have to admit that I was very apprehensive about starting the group sessions. I felt very vulnerable, I didn't know what to expect, what was going to happen, who I was going to meet or what I would find out about myself. I was at breaking point though and I knew I had to do something.
It turns out I had nothing to worry about at all, and the group sessions were the best thing I could ever have done to help myself. There was great support in the group and I met some amazing and inspiring people.
I have now finished the 10 week course and my life has changed for the better in many ways. I am much more positive, I have hope for the future, whereas before I was staring into a big black hole of despair. I am managing my negative thoughts much better and I think I might even be winning the battle...
Thank you Emma for all the support and encouragement. (Female, 28)
